At Lonely Planet Travel Guidebooks, we want you to feel as confident in our apparel as you do on your global adventures. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next journey, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all travel-ready tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
